BVI NEWS UPDATE - EXTENSION PERIOD FOR FILING REGISTERS OF DIRECTORS UNTIL 31 DECEMBER 2016
On 27th September, 2016 the BVI Business Companies (Amendment of Schedule 1) Order, 2016 (“Amendment Act”) was published in the BVI’s official Gazette.
The Financial Services Commission, under the Amendment Act, has granted an extension to the government fee neutral period (free filing) of Registers of Directors from 30 September 2016 to 31 December 2016
